General Access
Building Access:
- All personnel, including staff, guests, clients, contractors and vendors, must hold an ID/security access card while inside the premises.
Employees:
- JPMC Tower employees have access to general areas and respective LOB floors.
- Employees may claim their access cards at the ground floor Security Reception (new hires or card replacements). A guide on how to activate the access card will be provided at the reception.
- If access card is lost, request for card replacement may be raised through go/SmartAccess.
- Employees who need to request for temporary access card may approach GS Security desk at the ground floor for assistance.
Guests:
- Visiting JPMC employees may request temporary access through go/SmartAccess.
- JPMC employees are highly encouraged to register non-JPMC visitors prior to arrival. For inquiries about JPMC Tower Visitor Management, email [email protected].

Evacuation Plan
During an earthquake:
- DROP, COVER, AND HOLD ON! under the nearest workstation or a sturdy table.
- When inside an elevator, get out at the next floor and find shelter.
- Remain under cover until shaking has stopped.
- Follow instructions from the PA system, FRO’s and GS.
After an earthquake:
- Remain calm and wait for instructions through the PA system.
- If instructed to evacuate, proceed to the nearest available fire exit. Do not run. Do not use the elevators.
- Go to the assembly area and wait for further instructions. (see map on the left)

Fire Escape Routes
Safety Guidelines:
- Call GS at +632 7756 3681 for safety and security concerns.
- If you see smoke or fire:
- Notify GS and your Floor Response Officer (FRO). Activate the fire alarm system/manual pull station.
- For specific fire alarm response and building evacuation procedures, as well as other emergency plan details, please visit the FLS website.
Security & Safety Presence:
- At J.P. Morgan, employee safety is a top priority. Corporate Security maintains a 24/7 presence at the Manila Corporate Centre through proprietary guard staff and monitors and security cameras throughout the building premises and surrounding vicinity.
- If needed, contact 24-hour security by calling the Local GS Team number +632 7756 3681.
- Safety Support teams are: Safety Officers, First Aiders, Floor Response Officers and Building Emergency Response Team.
Security Guidelines:
- Protect personal and company property:
- You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to secure your property.
- Do not leave your valuables unattended.
- To report lost and found belongings, contact GS.
- Keep security doors closed.
- Tailgating is not allowed.
- Keep corridors, walkways and stairway exits clear at all times; do not leave items in any aisle or passageway.

Windows
- For your safety, please DO NOT open the windows in the production floors. The windows must be kept closed at all times
- DO NOT dispose items and trash through the windows as it may drop on passers by on the street.
