Our new workplace offers a range of formal and informal collaboration spaces including family lounges, work cafés, cafeteria, huddle rooms and meeting rooms to suit your work styles. The office will also have ergonomic furniture for employee wellness and flexibility in collaboration and productivity.

Your wellness and wellbeing is at the heart of our design. We have integrated a
range of thoughtful elements into the design such as restorative and active wellness
areas, ergonomic desk/seating, onsite clinic, biophilic elements, shower facilities,
progressive indoor air quality solutions with display monitors in every lift lobby
and auto sun-shade amongst others. To augment your sensory experience, we stream
mood music at the cafeteria, work café, washrooms, etc. and diffuse a signature
scent at the lobby and the washrooms.

A group of seasoned customer service professionals from the hospitality, food and beverage management, and aviation industry, the Amenity Services team is adept with skills and expertise in client and customer relations from their extensive experience working in 5-star hotels and renowned airlines. The Amenity Services team aims to provide a memorable, efficient and exemplary visitor, client and employee experience at par with the firm’s Global Amenity Services standards.
Office interior design and construction aims to attain LEED Gold certification
(or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard, a rating
system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council and considered as one of
the most widely used green building certifications worldwide. The formal
certification is expected later this year.
To further minimize our environmental impact, we have introduced four waste streams:
confidential and paper, recycling, organic food, and landfill with centralized bins
provided on production floors, work café, hydration stations and cafeteria

We have a dedicated training and conference center on Level 7 with tech-enabled
multipurpose rooms for hosting conferences, townhalls, smart trainings, and a range
of other events.

The shift to virtual event technologies has accelerated in recent years. Live events
that were previously taking place in large physical spaces now accommodate mostly
