Wellness

Your wellness and wellbeing is at the heart of our design. We have integrated a range of thoughtful elements into the design such as restorative and active wellness areas, ergonomic desk/seating, onsite clinic, biophilic elements, shower facilities, progressive indoor air quality solutions with display monitors in every lift lobby and auto sun-shade amongst others. To augment your sensory experience, we stream mood music at the cafeteria, work café, washrooms, etc. and diffuse a signature scent at the lobby and the washrooms.​

 ​ Biophilic design elements. Plants are distributed widely across the workplace including a signature garden with flowing water at the cafeteria ​ ​​

WELL Health-Safety Seal. Issued by the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) for measuring, certifying and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. ​

The new mothers’ room offers a bigger capacity that can accommodate 18 nursing mothers. We have mothers’ rooms on Level 14 and 20 with a capacity which is double of that provided in the current facility.  The mothers’ rooms provide privacy, comfort and appropriate fixtures for the new mothers.​

About Us

Office interior design and construction aims to attain LEED  Gold  certification (or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard, a rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council and considered as one of the most widely used green building certifications worldwide. The formal certification is expected later this year. ​ ​

To further minimize our environmental impact, we have introduced four waste streams: confidential and paper, recycling, organic food, and landfill with centralized bins provided on production floors, work café, hydration stations and cafeteria

Subject to the required gestation period for new buildings, JPMorgan Chase & Co Tower will procure 100% of its electricity from renewal energy sources

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)


To provide a safe environment, we have installed bi-polar ionization, UV germicidal irradiation systems and enhanced air filtration systems and fresh air intakes. The IAQ monitors installed at each lift lobby will provide real time information.​

Video Studio

The shift to virtual event technologies has accelerated in recent years. Live events that were previously taking place in large physical spaces now accommodate mostly remote audiences, or even take place in a completely virtual format. In order to create an impactful and engaging experience for our employees and clients as well as adapting to the current environment, Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) partnered with Line of Business (LOB) Events teams to look for new ways of hosting the JPMC investor Summits and Conferences in the region.

The studio is designed to facilitate multiple event formats:

  • Other internal or client events: pre-recorded or livestreamed
  • TV and press interviews
  • Research and Analyst recording sessions
