About the Building

throughout the building.

Designed to secure LEED Gold Base Building certification (or Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design) standard, a rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building
Council and considered as one of the most widely used green building
certifications worldwide. The formal certification is expected later this year.

Double height hotel like entrance lobby with travertine stone finish, a sculptural
chandelier, trees and a community engagement zone that provide our staff and
visitors an activated welcoming experience.
Our lobby reception, managed by Global Security and Global Amenity Services, sets
high
standards for safety and security, front-of-the-house service, visitor and client
management. It is equipped with OpenSpace, an innovative visitor management system,
that
is fully automated and in-sync with front end tools for a seamless client and
visitor
registration experience.

Turnstiles and Elevators
Smart and intelligent elevator system with robust provisioning. There are 24 elevators
at the Tower, compared to 12 at Five/NEO.
To access the elevators, enter the turnstiles by scanning your company access card or
Mobile badge in MyWorkplace app. Visit go/smartaccess to request access.
There are three (3) elevator banks:
Low Rise Floors: GF, 6th to 14th Floor
Mid Rise Floors: GF, 6th to 7th,14th to 20th
High Rise Floors: GF, 6th to 7th, 21st to 25th

The Tower will have 800 in-building parking slots operated through an RFID system. The parking entrance will also have digital signs to enable staff to find parking efficiently. In addition, valet service and racks for bicycles and other personal mobility devices (PMDs) will be provided.

Self-Parking
JPMorgan Chase & Co Tower offers almost 900 slots of parking, distributed across the podium, basement and the car parking levels across 38th Street. Use of these parking facilities follow the same protocols that we use in our existing buildings. When applying for your RFID/car stickers, please ensure that you are familiar with the following categories:
- General parking (first come, first served) may proceed to either basement or podium entrance, look for BLUE SLOTS
- PWD parking are on Level 3, 4 & 5 via the podium entrance, look for GREEN SLOTS
- Executive parking may proceed to Level 3 via the podium entrance, look for RED SLOTS
- Bike and E-Scooter parking (first come, first served) may proceed to the basement entrance, look for the bike racks on B1.
- Motorcycle parking (first come, first served) may proceed to either basement or podium entrance available at all floors except Level 2.
Valet Service
- Proceed to 38th Street driveway.
- A valet attendant (in blue uniform) will assist you.
- A claim stub will be issued to you by the valet attendant, which you will present when retrieving your car.
- Valet parking is available to all employees at JPMC Tower, Manila.
